HACCP-based Food Safety Management Systems Essentials The one (1) day HACCP-based Food Safety Management Systems Essentials Session is targeted for companies who need to understand both the big picture of what this Management System is, as well as the details of what's in it. Includes front end discussions on the overall structure, followed by specific education on the requirements for each of the Elements. This goes hand in hand with the process auditing requirements found within ISO 19011:2002 and the process approach covered in a HACCP-based Food Safety Management System, which promotes continual process improvement. An enhanced checklist is developed, and there will be workshops throughout, to reinforce learning, as well as a live, practice audit.
