The main services and products offered by the ISO Support Group

Below are the main services and products offered by the ISO Support Group. If you would like to know about these in more detail, just click on the link.

1. Books/Publications

Our books/publications are the starting point for many of our clients so they can obtain front-end education on topics they want to learn more about.  These publications provide practical knowledge on ways to improve their business performance.

2. Process Improvement/Lean Services

We provide a complete range of implementation sessions and workshops... that guide companies in launching and sustaining their process improvement/lean initiatives.  We focus on helping teams use the tools needed to conduct targeted improvement efforts, using a proven approach that is hands-on, with an emphasis on taking action rather than learning theory.

3. Training Seminars

These training programs are in-depth learning experiences on specific ISO, Process Improvement plus other topics.  We are adding new training programs on a regular basis. These programs are conducted at your site with a select group of your personnel who will apply what they learn in a real-time setting using actual information from your organization.  Theses training sessions coach you step-by-step in implementing various ISO and business performance improvement strategies.

4. Audit Services

There are various types of audit services that we provide... documentation audits (bench or desk audits) where your management system documentation is reviewed against the prescribed requirements to ensure they are compliant; internal audits (working with your Team of internal auditors as a combination "training event", or carried out by ISG only); discovery audits used to identify ways to streamline your existing Management System (and improve it)... plus more.

5. Facilitation Sessions & Workshops

We facilitate different kinds of sessions and workshops... that assist companies in developing (or renovating) their Management System documentation, implementing it and maintaining it.  We also focus on helping teams carry out process or continual improvement efforts, using proven tools and techniques that are applied real-time, inside the company.

6. Speaking Engagements
