WSIB Workwell
Gap Audit |
|
|
Using the criteria contained within the Workwell Health
& Safety Audit Document (Version 2.0; Revised: May 13,
2003),
a gap assessment is made of how the
organization's current documentation and practices comply
with these requirements. This allows
the Management Team to understand the extent of the gap
and to identify
where action will be required... as well as the amount of resources
needed, to be properly prepared to comply with a WSIB
Workwell Audit. |

RoHS/WEEE Compliance
Audit Service |
|
|
An assessment for compliance to RoHS/WEEE requirements is carried out
using the criteria contained within IECQ QC-080000 {Edn
2.0}. This is the becoming the Standard of choice
for manufacturers since it focuses more-so on process
management vs. product testing for demonstrating
compliance... Plus it assures hazardous substance
restrictions will always be met no matter what the
source is for the requirements (i.e. RoHS/WEEE;
California state bill no. 50 [SB-50]; the Japan Green
Process Supplier Survey Initiative [JGPSSI]; China's
administrative measure MII No.39). |

Privacy Program (PIPEDA)
Gap Audit |
|
|
Using CAN/CSA-Q830-03 (Model Code for the Protection of
Personal Information), an assessment is made of how the
organization currently collects and manages personal
information, and is carried out in order to identify the extent of the gap
against the privacy act (PIPEDA) requirements. This allows management to identify
where action will be required, and the amount of resources
needed, to comply with this legislation. |

Documentation/Bench
Audit |
|
|
An assessment of the current quality
or environmental management system is carried out in order to identify ways of streamlining the current
amount of ISO documentation. Corrective actions required to reduce the size of the
documented ISO System are reported. |

Internal Audit
Outsourcing |
|
|
For cost effectiveness, the Internal
Audit function can be outsourced to external experienced auditors on a periodic basis.
This will provide an independent and objective assessment to management, along with
identifying opportunities for improvement. It will also provide the evidence needed
to satisfy Internal Audit requirements in the ISO
Standards. |

|
Internal Audit Team
Facilitation |
|
|
This service combines Internal Auditor Training and
Internal Audit Outsourcing. The Internal Audit Team is
facilitated through each step of the process by an experienced Team Leader. Learning is
reinforced through observation of interviews, and the use of audit skills and techniques,
which helps to re-energize your existing audit team. |

|
|
|
Discovery Audit |
|
|
An assessment of the
quality or environmental
management system is carried out in order to identify opportunities to extract more value
from your current ISO System including a report detailing the corrective actions required.
Similar in intent to a documentation audit, a discovery
audit focuses on your business "practices" rather the
"words" documented within your system. |

Management
Audit/Education |
|
|
The
purpose of a management audit is to conduct an
independent assessment of top management's
responsibilities within the ISO Standards and to provide
them with an education on the purpose and intent of the requirements
contained within ISO. This service identifies opportunities for
streamlining and can also be used to renew commitment to the
ISO program. The management function is typically a difficult area for
internal auditors to assess in an unbiased fashion. |

Gap Audit |
|
|
An assessment of the current
quality or environmental management system is carried out in order to identify the extent of the gap for
each ISO Element versus the applicable ISO Standard, and the corrective actions
required. This allows management to identify the amount of resources
needed to close any gaps found. |

|
|

ISO Registration in order to identify any remaining system gaps. A report outlining nonconformances
discovered, and recommended corrective actions, is provided. |
