Tim Renaud, P. Eng., B.A.Sc.,
is
a principal partner with the ISO Support Group and also one of its primary
auditors, trainers and consultants.
He received his engineering degree from the University of Waterloo
in 1981.
His business experience covers over
twenty years
from both small to large organizations as well as consulting to a diverse group of
clients. He began consulting in 1992, achieved ISO 9001:2001 Registration for
ISO Support Group in
January 2001 and has assisted numerous organizations in streamlining their
processes as well as maintaining their ISO
Registration.
Specific areas of expertise include training and
consulting on implementing continuous improvement initiatives; building, installing and maintaining ISO
based management systems; and strategic planning. He is a member of the
American Society for Quality (ASQ) and the association of Professional Engineers
of Ontario (PEO).
He has authored a book on ISO 9001 entitled
"The 3 Biggest Mistakes People Make with ISO 9001"; written and distributed
monthly Newsletters since 1999; and has published over a hundred articles on a
range of business topics.
